We take the protection of your information seriously; we will keep your information securely, passing it only to our sub contractors where necessary and only where we oblige them to also hold your information safely. from you when you complete an order form to purchase any of our products and this may include your name and your bank details;

from any databases, issued by governmental bodies from time to time, which we may choose to purchase or access from time to time.

to allow us to complete your order and deliver our products or services to you or your nominated educational establishment;

to help us identify you when you contact us for any reason – this helps us to prevent your details being used without your authorisation;

to contact you (by e-mail, post or phone messages) with information about other or new services or products offered by us, from time to time, including revised or updated editions of the Workabooks and related merchandise, such as Rewards. We will not use your information in this way if you have indicated otherwise as set out above;

to help prevent or detect fraud or loss;

for market research purposes by email or telephone; or

for quality assurance, legal, regulatory and training purposes, we may monitor and record communications (including telephone conversations and e-mails) with you.

Giving your details to others

We may pass your information:

to our employees and agents in order to administer any products or services which we provide to you now or in the future;

to anyone to whom we transfer or may transfer our rights and duties under our agreement with you;

if we have a duty to do so or if the law allows us to do so.

If our business is sold or integrated with another business, your personal information may be disclosed to our advisors and any prospective purchaser's advisers on the understanding that they will keep it confidential. It will also be passed to any new owners of the business and used by them and their related other companies in the same way as set out in this Policy.

Your rights

You have the right to see the personal data that we keep about you, upon receipt of a written request and payment of a fee.
You may also ask us to correct any inaccuracies in the details which we hold about you and you may also object to your details being used for direct marketing purposes by us, as set out in this policy.
